Sri.N.B.Jodalli., counsel on behalf of Sri.Arun L.Neelopant., for the petitioner and Sri.G.I.Gachchinamath., for respondents 1 to 3 have appeared in person.

2. The petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

(i) To issue a Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned notice bearing No.JZïrJA¹70/J¯ï/2018-19 dated 28.03.2019 (wrongly typed as 28.03.2018) passed by the respondent No.3 under Section 353 and 439 of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 as per ANNEXURE-A.

(ii) Grant such other reliefs as deemed fit by this Hon'ble court in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care.

4. Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo and submits that the same may be placed on record. -3-
