Smt.Mala.B.Bhute., AGA for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri.Aravind D.Kulkarni., counsel for respondent No.1 have appeared in person.
2. The petition is filed seeking following reliefs:
"i) a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction quashing the order dated:02.03.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bagalkot in RTS:R:35/2012-13 produced at Annexure-'E' and the order dated 16.08.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent Assistant Commissioner Jamakhandi in RTS:AP:26/2010-11 produced at Annexure-'D'.
ii) issue any other writ or direction or order the petitioner is found entitled to."
3. Counsel Sri.Aravind D.Kulkarni., on instructions, submits that the petitioner has cleared the loan as of today and seeks appropriate orders. The submission is placed on record. In view of the same, the Tahsildar is directed to restore the -3- NC: 2026:KHC-D:4068 WP No. 103103 of 2017 HC-KAR petitioner's name in the property records in accordance with the law.
4. The Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The order dated:02.03.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bagalkot in RTS:R:35/2012-13 at Annexure-'E' and the order dated 16.08.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent Assistant Commissioner Jamakhandi in RTS:AP:26/2010-11 produced at Annexure-'D' are quashed.
5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is allowed.
