ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the respondents to pay salary of the petitioner from 02.09.2024 which they have acknowledged that the petitioner has reported to duty therefrom in the office order dated 03.09.2024, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-G.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.09.2024, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-J and treat the period from 10.11.2023 to 01.09.2024 as a waiting period and pay salary of the petitioner within the time-frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
(iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.06.2025 a copy of which is produced at Annexure-L and issue the petitioner ID card at the earliest.-4-

(iv) Direct the respondents to pay arrears of salary with admissible interest as the petitioner is denied the benefit of monthly salary as and when it was due without any reason whatsoever.
(v) Issue any other writ or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 24.09.2024 at Annexure-J submitted to the Deputy Commissioner (Admn.) BBMP, Central Office, Bengaluru and representation dated 21.01.2026 at Annexure-L submitted to the Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority, Bengaluru West, Bengaluru, have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

4. Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 submit that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 24.09.2024 at Annexure-J and representation dated 21.01.2026 at Annexure-L and pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
