1. The petitioner is before this Court under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the following reliefs:
(a) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to respondent No.10 to not to interfere with peaceful possession of petitioner on purchased land through registered sale doc.No.4925 of 2024-2025 dated 17.02.2025 in Sy.No.125 to an extent Ac. 1-00 Gts of Medak village, Sedam taluka, Kalaburagi district, including placing of container;-4-

(b) Issue any other writ or direction which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that, he has purchased land measuring 20 guntas in Survey No.125/2 of Medak village, Sedam taluka, Kalaburagi district, under a registered sale deed dated 17.02.2025 from Smt. Padmamma D/o. Bhadrayya. The allegation of the petitioner is that, on the ground that the aforesaid land is a Inam Land, the respondent- authorities are restraining him from entering into his land and it is under these circumstances, he has filed a complaint to the Tahasildar on 16.01.2026 vide Annexure-B. The relief sought for in this writ petition is in the nature of permanent injunction which cannot be granted. It appears that, the petitioner also has a grievance that his representation at Annexure-B dated 16.01.2026 is not considered till date. If that is so, it is for the concerned respondent, more so, the Tahasildar to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. -5-
