Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation given by the petitioner for survey Sketch, Phodi and Durast work in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.142 (old Sy.No.77/3) measuring 12 acres 20 guntas situated at Devarayasamudra Village, Avani Hobli, Mulabagilu Taluk, Kolar District.

3. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an -4- NC: 2026:KHC:17718 WP No. 8949 of 2026 HC-KAR application online to the respondent-Tahsildar and the respondent-Tahsildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioner and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application.

Ordered accordingly.

Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
