The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:
"a. Issue an Order, Direction of Writ in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI, Quashing the sale notice dt.04-04-2025 bearing ref. No. VCB/CO/VJN/SN/15/2025-26, issued by The Authorized Officer of the respondent Bank vide ANNEXURE-M. b. Pass any other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."

2. A memo is filed stating that, in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Central Bank of India vs. Prabha Jain1, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw writ petition, with a liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for redressal of their grievance relating to breach of contract, substitution and misrepresentation by the respondent.
3. The memo is taken on record.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
i. The petitioners shall have the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. ii. Pending IAs., if any, shall stand closed.
