Sri.M.M.Khannur., counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Mala B.Bhute., AGA for the respondents have appeared in person.
2. The petition is filed seeking following reliefs:
"i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and quash the impugned endorsement issued by the 2nd respondent dated 05.12.2025 bearing No.LND/Namune-57/CR/86/2025-26 vide Annexure-J to the writ petition as it illegal and unsustainable.
ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, direction or declaration and pass such other orders, as this court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the interest of justice and equity."
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. The arguments are heard and the records are perused with care.
4. Additional Government Advocate submits that a memo has been filed stating that the appeal has been numbered as Kra.L.ND.AP/ID/01/2026 before the Assistant Commissioner. -3-
NC: 2026:KHC-D:4909 WP No. 110042 of 2025 HC-KAR She, therefore, submits that the memo may be taken on record and appropriate orders be passed.
5. The memo is taken on record.
6. Taking note of the numbering of the appeal, the Assistant Commissioner is directed to consider and dispose of the said appeal, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
7. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
