Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction against the respondent-Society and to quash the impugned Endorsement at Annexure-H.
3. Since the respondents are not amenable to writ jurisdiction under Article 12 of the Constitution of -3- NC: 2026:KHC:17893 WP No. 9872 of 2026 HC-KAR India, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co- operative Societies Act, 1959. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
