                         ORAL ORDER

The petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw the petition. The memo reads as follows:

"The Petitioner most respectfully submits that:
1. That the above Petition was filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings pending on the file of the Learned IX Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, arising out of FIR in Crime No. 21/2025 and the notices dated 21.04.2025, 28.04.2025 and 27.05.2025 issued under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita by Begur Police Station.

2. It has now come to the knowledge of the Petitioner that a 'B' Report has been filed on 06.01.2026 by Respondent No.1 (Begur Police Station) before the -3- NC: 2026:KHC:17890 CRL.P No. 14291 of 2025 HC-KAR Learned Magistrate. In view of the filing of the said 'B' Report, the present Petition has become infructuous WHEREFORE, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition in the interest of Justice and equity."

2. The petitioner has not sought any liberty to approach this Court in the event, any order would be passed in the protest petition.

3. Therefore, the petition stands disposed reserving liberty to the petitioner to knock at the doors of this Court in the event, any order would be passed on the protest petition.
