ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This review petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 14.02.2023 passed in WP No.26164/2022.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-KEA submits that the writ petition was disposed of based on the submission of the learned counsel representing the petitioner that the original documents shall be returned to the petitioners, within a period of ten days from today. However, it is further -4- NC: 2025:KHC:47978-DB RP No. 352 of 2023 HC-KAR submitted that this Court ought to have recorded that in light of cancellation of seats, forfeiture of fees and penalty as per existing Rules would apply. In support of his contention, he places reliance on the order dated 27.12.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.25783/2022(EDN-RES).
3. We have perused the order under review.
4. The Co-ordinate Bench taking note of the submission of the petitioner, the writ petition was disposed of. This Court has not stated anything with regard to the applicable Rule and forfeiture of fees. Hence, we do not find any error in the order calling for review. The review petition therefore fails, the same is accordingly, dismissed.
