The grievance of the petitioner is that, the name of the petitioner has to be entered in the RTC extracts and mutation register in respect of the subject land in terms of the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2012 passed in OS No.332 of 2012 and as per the Final Decree passed in FDP No.3 of 2013 produced at Annexure-A. In this regard the petitioner has made representation dated 01.10.2021 (Annexure-C) to the respondent-authorities and same is pending consideration.
4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation dated 01.10.2021 (Annexure-C) in accordance with law within an outer limit of three months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is also made clear that, the petitioner is permitted to make one more representation along -4- NC: 2024:KHC:24076 WP No. 11468 of 2024 with the relevant documents to enable to respondent No.4 to take decision in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
