2. Demand Draft in a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- is tendered by the petitioner to the respondent. Same is acknowledged in the order sheet.

3. In view of the payment of the agreed amount in a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- as per settlement between the parties before the First Appellate Court, the Revision Petition stands disposed of.

4. Fine amount in a sum of Rs.10,000/- imposed by the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court towards the defraying expenses of the State stands set aside.
