ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.No.5518/2021, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 506, 504, 149, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 198 of the IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel Sri.M.R. Hiremathad, appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional State Public Prosecutor Sri. B.N.Jagadeesha, appearing for respondent No.1.
3. Learned Additional State Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the charges have been framed and the matter is set at the stage of evidence.
4. Therefore, interference at this stage would run foul of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Minakshi Bala v. Sudhir Kumar1.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to urge all the grounds that are now urged before the concerned Court.
