2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to consideration of the representation dated 23.05.2023 (Annexure-H), seeking restoration of the land in his name by rectifying the mistake entered as 'Sarakari Beelu'.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation dated 23.05.2023 (Annexure-H) within an outer -3- NC: 2024:KHC:24979 WP No. 13337 of 2024 limit of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
