2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-consideration of representation of the petitioner dated 10th January, 2022 (Annexure-A) by the respondent-Authorities for effecting Khata in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in question in terms of judgment and decree dated 11th July, 2008 passed in Original Suit No.900 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.), Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru. -3-

3. Heard Sri. Umesh B.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Harisha A.S., learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10th January, 2022 (Annexure-A) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
