JUDGMENT
This appeal is of the year 2018 and matter was listed on 07.06.2021 and learned counsel for the appellant was absent and no representation. However, in the ends of justice, this Court adjourned the matter and again the matter was listed on 01.07.2022 and none appeared and again, this Court granted two weeks time. Today also, learned counsel for the appellant is absent and not pursuing the matter diligently and matter is listed third time for admission. It appears that the learned counsel for the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
Accordingly, the regular second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
