JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant again seeks time. It is noticed that, inspite of notice being ordered on 28.05.2018, learned counsel for the appellant has not furnished PF to issue notice to the respondent. When the matter was listed before the Court on 16.03.2021, two weeks time was granted, on 28.07.2022, a week's time was granted to do the needful and again on 04.12.2023, a week's time was granted to do the needful.
2. Today also, learned counsel for the appellant again seeks time and no grounds are made out to once again adjourn the matter, inspite of sufficient opportunity being given to furnish PF to issue notice to the respondent. Though the appeal is of the year 2018, the learned counsel for the appellant is not pursuing the matter diligently.
3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed.
