Learned counsel for the petitioner is physically present in the Court.
Perused the memo filed by him seeking withdrawal of the petition and for return of the certified copies of the impugned order.
In view of the fact that without ascertaining whether the revision would lie before this Court or not, he has filed this petition consuming considerable time of this Court for no valid reason, hence imposing a cost of `500/- payable by the petitioner to the Legal Services Committee of this Court within a day from today and filing a compliance memo along with receipt in the registry to that effect.
Crl.R.P.No.821/2022 3 The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the petitioner, however, retaining the authenticated copy of the same in the records.
