      This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section
397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C praying to 1) set aside the order
dated 11.10.2017 passed in Criminal Revision Petition
No.602/2015 on the file of the Court of the LXVIII
Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City,
discharging the respondent/accused No.3 of the offences
punishable under Sections 498A, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and
Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

      2) Confirm the order dated 04.06.2015 passed by
the II ACMM, Bengaluru in C.C.No.21384/2012 by
allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

      This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders
'through Video Conference' this day, the Court made
the following:-

                          ORDER

Heard Sri R.D.Renukaradhya, learned HCGP for the petitioner-State and Sri C.M.Dhananjaya for the respondent-accused.

The respondent-accused has filed a memo for disposal of the petition contending that the revisional Court by the order dated 11.10.2017 allowed criminal revision petition in Cr.R.P.No.602/2015 and ordered for discharging the respondent-accused. Challenging the same the State has filed the present petition before this Court. It is further stated in the memo that CC.No.21384/2012 from which the present proceedings have arisen is also disposed of by the trial Court by the judgment dated 1.3.2019 by acquitting all the accused persons in respect of the charges levelled against them -3- and in that light the present petition has become infructuous.

The said memo is placed on record. Since the respondent-accused has been discharged and all the other accused persons have been acquitted, the present petition is liable to be dismissed as having become infructuous.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
