       This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section
397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to
set aside the judgment and order passed by the I-Addl.
I-Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysuru in C.Mis.No.125/2014
dated 16.04.2016 and modify the judgment and order of
the V-Addl. District and Sessions Judge at Mysuru in
Crl.A.No.84/2016 dated 27.11.2017.

    This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for
Admission, this day, the court made the following:

                        ORDER

Learned counsel Shri Gopalakrishna Murthy C is present before court physically and files a memo seeking to withdraw the petition in view of the fact that the matter has been settled in Lok Adalath between the parties.

2. The memo is placed on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the memo.

3. As a consequence of the dismissal of the main petition, the pending applications namely I.A.No.1/2020 and I.A.No.2/2020 are dismissed as they do not survive for consideration.
