1. The issue raised in the writ petition is covered by the judgment rendered on 22nd July 2024 in W.P. (C) No. 6788 of 2023 (M/s Aditya Enterprises and others v. The State of Jharkhand and others).
2. Therefore, in terms of the said judgment, the order dt. 03.10.2023 passed by 3rd respondent - Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Garhwa in Confiscation Case No.114/2022-23 is set aside.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
