1. Issue notice to the victim.
2. Learned A.P.P is directed to get the notice served upon the victim through the Superintendent of Police, Lohardaga in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Nipun Saxena & Anr. Vs. Union of India reported in 2019 (2) SCC 703.
3. The fact regarding service of notice upon the informant shall be brought on record by filing a supplementary affidavit before the next date of listing.
4. Put up this case under appropriate heading on 17th October, 2024.
