CM No. 605/2026 This is an application for substitution of legal heirs of the respondent who is stated to have died during the pendency of this appeal.
For the reasons stated in the application, coupled with the submissions made at Bar and with the consent of learned counsel for the other side, the application is allowed and the legal heirs, whose names are mentioned at Para No. 5 of the application, are substituted in place of the respondent.
Learned counsel for the appellants shall file fresh memo of parties. Arb App No. 09/2025 Issue notice to the newly substituted respondents, which is waived by Mr. Sohail, Advocate.
List on 24.04.2026.
Meanwhile, interim directions, if any subsisting as on date, shall continue.
