ORDER
02.05.2025 Issue notice to the respondent subject to taking of necessary steps by the appellant within one week.
In the meantime, execution of the impugned judgment and decree shall remain stayed subject to deposition of Rs. 1.00 lac with the Registrar Judicial of this Court within a period of four weeks. In the event, the amount is deposited with the Registry, the same shall be kept in FDR initially for a period of six months, to be renewed periodically.
