1. Mr. Rajeev Ghai, Executive Engineer, Hydraulic Division, Ramban is present in person. He submits that the verification has been done and the requisite funds have been sought from the Chief Engineer concerned, who in turn would demand the same from Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu.
2. In view of this, four weeks' time is granted to the respondents, more particularly to Chief Engineer concerned and Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. PHE Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu to comply with the judgment in its letter and spirit and file compliance report, failing which, Chief Engineer concerned and Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. PHE Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu 2 CPSW No. 189/2018 shall remain present in person before this Court on the next date of hearing.
