ORDER
27.12.2023 CCP (D) No. 5/2020 along with connected matters is listed at serial No. 30 and CCP (D) No. 7/2020 along with connected matter is listed at serial No. 31 are taken together being similar in nature.
In terms of order dated 23.08.2023, four months time as last and final opportunity was granted to comply with the judgment in letter and spirit, failing which the salary of the Commissioner/Secretary to Government, School Education Department and the Director School Education shall be stopped.
Despite these directions, compliance has not been filed. At this stage, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG seeks and is granted further four weeks' time as last and final opportunity for filing compliance with the judgment in toto, failing which Commissioner/Secretary to Government, School Education Department Jammu and the Director School Education, 2 CCP (D) No. 5/2020 a/w other connected matters Jammu shall appear in person on the next date of hearing and salary of these officers from the month of January 2024 shall be stopped.
Registry to furnish a copy of this order to drawing and disbursing officer of the concerned department.
