ORDER
01. Proceedings in this contempt petition have been initiated by the petitioner for non-compliance of judgment and order dated 10.07.2017 passed in OWP No. 1041/2017 titled 'Harjeet Singh vs State of J&K and ors.' which was disposed of with the following directions:-
"....In view of the above, the writ petition, the disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to take note of communication of District Superintending Engineer, PWD (R&B) Circle Doda issued vide communication dated 24th December, 2011 and issued a supplementary Award so as to include the payment of compensation on account of Shops/Super Structures of the petitioners which have came in the acquisition. Needless to say that by passing the supplementary award or issuing any corrigendum to the already issued Award, respondent No. 2 shall follow the parameters laid under the Land Acquisition Act. Let the exercise be done within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order is served upon respondent No. 2 and the payment whatever is found due to the petitioner shall be released within two weeks thereafter. Needless to say that the compensation to be awarded for the Shops/Super Structures shall carry the statutory interest. Writ petition is disposed of as above along with connected MP (S)."

The respondent in his compliance report has submitted that in compliance to the directions of this Court, the Collector has taken up the matter with the indenting department i.e., Officer Commanding, 52 RCC GREF Executing Agency through numerous communications and in pursuant to the above directions of this Court, the Collector issued a 2 CPOWP No. 78/2019 Supplementary Award amounting to Rs. 6, 27,321/- for including the payment of compensation on account of Shops/Super Structures of the petitioner which have came in the acquisition.
03. In view of the aforesaid, order of this Court stands complied with and nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Proceedings in this contempt petition are, accordingly, closed.
04. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to revive the said order, if cause survives.
