                                       ORDER

Despite service, nobody has appeared on behalf of respondent. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned judgment as well as the record of the trial Court.

A case for grant of leave to file an appeal is made out. The application is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to file appeal against the impugned judgment.
