2. Petitioner is presently serving as TGT (Arts) at GSSS Killar, (Pangi), District Chamba. His case is that he is serving in different hard and tribal areas w.e.f. 09.08.2010. He moved representation on 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) to 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes -2- the Competent Authority for his transfer to a soft area in view of his wife's ailment and adverse family circumstances, however, the same has not been decided as yet.

3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of two weeks from today. The decision so taken be also communicated to the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
