By way of this Writ petition, the petitioners has prayed for issuance of directions to the respondents to issue the Incentive Certificate for the purpose of seeking admission to the Post Graduation Course in the Medical Colleges for the purpose of NEET, P.G. Counselling.
2. In compliance to the order that was passed by the Court on 25.09.2024, the Incentive Certificate has been issued to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges this fact.
3. Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case there is any surviving grievance of the petitioner, he may approach the Court in accordance with law.
