In the case at hand, the writ of mandamus is being sought by the present petitioner. The basic requirement for issuance of a writ of mandamus is that there should be a demand raised before the concerned respondent-authority with respect to redressal of grievances being raised in the present petition.
2. Admittedly in the case at hand, no representation qua grievances being raised in the present petition has been made to the concerned quarter.
3. In view thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he would file an appropriate representation qua grievances being raised in the present petition before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application, if any.
