Notice. Mr. B.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that with respect to the grievances being raised in the present petition, same are squarely covered by the judgment delivered by this Court in CWP No. 2004 of 2017 titled as Taj Mohammad and others vs. The State of H.P. and others alongwith connected matter, decided on 03.08.2023.

3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefits of the aforesaid judgment to 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

other similar situate individuals have been granted by the respondents-State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that w.r.t. the grievances being raised in the present petition, .

representation dated 10.06.2024 stands made to the concerned authorities. The same is appended with the present petition as Annexure P-4.

5. Learned Addl. Advocate General submits that the representation so made by the petitioners, shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.

6. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application, if any.
