Though, reply to the writ petition has not been filed, however, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to file a detailed representation with regard to the issue raised in this petition, with directions to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in light of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 2004 of 2017 alongwith connected matters, titled Taj Mohammad and others vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 03.08.2023 and judgments passed by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

In view of this, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that let a detailed representation be filed by the petitioners with regard to the issue raised in this writ petition, by referring therein the abovementioned judgments. In the event of any such representation being filed by the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today, decision thereupon in view of the averments made therein, in accordance with law and in light of judgments being relied upon by the petitioners, be taken, within a period of three months thereafter, by passing a speaking order.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
