Notice. Mr. B.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case at hand is squarely covered by the judgments rendered by this Court in CWP No.2004 of 2017 titled Taj Mohammad and others vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh and others along-with connected matter, on 03.08.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that benefits in view of the aforesaid judgments have been granted to the similarly situated persons by the respondents/State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that with respect to the grievances being raised in the present petition, the petitioner has made an appropriate representation dated 26.04.2024 to the respondents/concerned 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes 2 quarters. The same is appended along with the present petition as Annexure P-4.

5. In view of above, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the representation so made by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.

6. In view of above terms, present petition stands disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
