This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 16.9.2023, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala, awarding maintenance to the respondent at the rate of ₹25,000/- per month.

2. Now, an application (CMP No. 22030 of 2020) has been filed by the appellant, stating therein that dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved and parties have agreed to dissolve the marriage by way of mutual consent before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kangra at Dharamshala, wherein proceedings are pending for recording the statement of second motion on 23.11.2024. It has been submitted on behalf of appellant that as per agreement, arrived at 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2

Neutral Citation No. ( 2024:HHC:12261 ) between the parties, this appeal is to be withdrawn before recording the statement of second motion.

3. This application is duly supported by affidavit of the appellant as well as respondent-Upasana Salaria.

4. In aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the appellant has also prayed in the application to withdraw the appeal.

5. No objection has been pleaded on behalf of the respondents for allowing the prayer of the appellant.

6. Excepting the prayer of appellant, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in term of prayer made by the appellant.

7. Application is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms.

8. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
