Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served in case office of learned Accountant General is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner qua the pay anomaly/pay fixation. Learned counsel for the respondent No.5 submits that let a detailed representation in this regard be filed by the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly disposed of without any observation on merit, with the direction that in the event of the petitioner filing a detailed representation for the pay anomaly/ pay fixation to respondent No.5, let the same be decided within a period 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of four weeks as from the date of receipt thereof.
