Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though work charge status now stands conferred upon the petitioner, however, as monetary benefits have not been released in his favour, therefore, these proceedings be ordered to be closed but with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with regard to his surviving grievance, if any. These proceedings are accordingly closed, with liberty as prayed for.
