2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2024:HHC:6044 prayer made herein is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.2004 of 2017 alongwith connected matters, titled Taj Mohammad and others vs. .

State of H.P. and others, decided on 03.08.2023. He further submits that the petitioner shall be content in case the respondents/competent Authority are directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner, appended with the petition as Annexure P-3, in a time bound manner, in light of judgment ibid. r

3. Learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that a Review Petition is pending in one of the matters, which was decided jointly by the Hon'ble Division Bench alongwith Taj Mohammad's case and appropriate call on the representations of the petitioner shall be taken after the adjudication of the said Review Petition.

4. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with the direction that after the adjudication of the said Review Petition, the representation of the petitioner, appended with this petition as Annexure P-3, be decided within a period of three weeks thereafter.
