The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of CWP No.5820 of 2023, titled as Vinod Kumar vs. Union of India and Ors., which was withdrawn by the petitioner with liberty to file a petition before the appropriate Forum. Thereafter, the petitioner approached learned Armed Forces Tribunal and without any formal adjudication by learned Armed Forces Tribunal with regard to maintainability of the proceedings so filed by the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
