Notice. Mr. Vinod K. Gupta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents.
2. Petitioner has prayed for following substantive relief(s):-
i) That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/family pension/gratuity as per 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?::: Downloaded on - 04/10/2023 20:36:53 :::CIS 2
their own office order within a time bound manner with up to date interest.
(ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to .
revise the leave encashment of the petitioner on the basis of last pay drawn as now been re-fixed and to make the payment with interest within a time bound manner.
(iii) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within time bound manner.3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issues raised in the instant petition are no more res integra and have already been adjudicated upon by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 31.05.2023 while deciding CWP No. 2108 of 2023. He further submits that similar view has been taken by Hon'ble Single Bench of this Court while deciding CWP No. 6611 of 2023 on 19.09.2023.

On the strength of aforesaid judgments, learned counsel for the petitioner has made further submission that his client will be content in case the directions are issued to respondents to consider the ::: Downloaded on - 04/10/2023 20:36:53 :::CIS 3 prayers made in the instant petition within a time bound manner in light of aforesaid judgments.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the prayers made in the petition by the petitioners in light of the above referred judgments passed by Hon'ble Division Bench and Hon'ble Single Bench of this Court, respectively, within a period of eight weeks from today. In case, the petitioner is found similarly situated to the petitioner in afore-mentioned petitions, he shall also be granted all the reliefs as have been made permissible to the petitioner in CWP Nos. 2108 and 6611 of 2023.
6. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
7. For compliance to come up on 04.12.2023.
