Having carefully perused order dated 10.3.2023, issued under the signature of Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Sirmaur at Nahan, Himachal Pradesh, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly complied with. Pursuant to the directions contained in the judgment sought to be executed, it has been ordered by the Department that petitioner Papinder Singh shall be deemed to be appointed as Gramin Vidya Upasak on 26.08.2022(Notional) and regularized as JBT with effect from 16.08.2011 ( at par with Chatter Singh) in the pay scale of Rs. 5910-20200 with initial start of Rs. 5910+3000 grade pay. Aforesaid order further reveals that 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

benefit, as detailed hereinabove, has been extended to the petitioner namely, Papinder Singh in view of the principal laid down by the Division of this Court while rendering judgment in case titled Chatter Singh vs. .

State of Himachal Pradesh passed in CWP No.188 of 2012.

2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and same are closed.

However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievances, if any.
