3. The petitioner is a Clerk and working as such at GSSS Somanachani, District Mandi, H.P. stated to be a hard area. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representations, seeking transfer from his present place of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

posting on completion of normal tenure are not yet decided by respondent No.2/competent authority. Attention was invited to the latest representation dated 17.03.2023 .

(Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content in case the respondents are directed to decide petitioner's representation Annexure P-3 in a time-bound manner. This prayer is not opposed by learned Deputy Advocate General.

4. rTaking note of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/ competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3), stated to have been submitted on 17.03.2023, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
