Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner, presently in custody, as an accused in FIR No.11/2021, dated 25.01.2021, registered under Sections 21 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Damtal, District Kangra H.P., is seeking regular bail, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
