Cr.MP No. 3136 of 2022 Appeal preferred by the appellant has been admitted, as arguable point is made out therein and hearing may take place after a considerable long time, therefore, prima facie, case for suspension of sentence is made out.
Therefore, substantive sentence imposed upon the appellant vide judgment/order dated 26.09.2022, passed by learned Special Judge, Mandi, District Mandi in POA S.T. Trial No. 12 of 2016 is suspended, during pendency of the petition, subject to deposit fine amount, if not already deposited, within six weeks, in the Registry of this Court, and also subject to furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court within four weeks from today, undertaking therein to appear ::: Downloaded on - 15/10/2022 20:06:36 :::CIS before this Court as and when directed and to surrender to .
serve out the sentence in case main appeal is ultimately dismissed.
Bail bonds so furnished by the petitioner shall be transmitted by the trial Court to the Registry of this Court for placing on record.
