The petitioner is seeking enrollment as Home Guard.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon a judgment of the learned Single Judge passed in CWP No. 3628 of 2020 (Inder Singh vs. State of H.P & Others), decided on 05.01.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered in light of the aforesaid judgment.
2. In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
