Heard for some time. The Court stands informed that the stage of the trial is that the statements of prosecution witnesses are being recorded. At this stage, Mr. P.S. Goverdhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, but with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh subsequently, if so advised. Ordered accordingly. Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
