                                      ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy raised in this matter is squarely covered by the .

judgment dated 22nd February, 2022, passed by this Court in CWPOA No.2711 of 2017, titled Baldev vs. State of H.P. & others and another connected matter. Therefore, he prays that this petition may also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the light of the judgment, supra, within a period of two months from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
