The petitioner, who is working as a Lineman with the respondents, is seeking his transfer from his present place of posting in H.P. State Electricity Board Limited ('HPSEBL' for short) Division Manali, District Kullu.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would make a fresh representation to respondent No.1-

3. Without going into the merits of the case or otherwise, we permit the petitioner to make a fresh representation to respondent No.1-Executive Director (Personnel), HPSEBL. If such representation is made, the same shall be decided by the said Authority not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation.
