The instant petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:
((i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions may kindly be issued directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from SubCadre area of District Mandi, to any station of his choice, that too, without waiting for any substitute.
2. The petitioner is working in SubCadre area since 2018 and has made repeated representation(s) 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes ::: Downloaded on - 22/03/2021 19:54:56 :::HCHP 2 seeking his transfer from subcadre area to soft area, which have yet not been decided by the respondents.

3. In such circumstances, we dispose of the instant writ petition by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation(s) made by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today by passing a speaking order. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
