The petitioner was provisionally allowed to participate in the ongoing evaluation process vide order dated 9.12.2020.

2 Mr. Vikrant Thakur, Advocate, states that now final results, of all the candidates including the candidates, who have been permitted to participate in the process by this Court, have been declared by the Public Service Commission and as such, the instant petition has lost its efficacy with passage of time.

Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.

3 Consequently, the instant petition stands disposed of .

as having been rendered infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved by any inaction of the respondent­ Commission, he is always at liberty to approach this Court in accordance with law.
